Having a chronic illness, such as Diabetes is tough.

We understand, as we have personal experience with Diabetes, with some family members living with Diabetes.

Nine of our family members are working in the Australian Healthcare System with some working in the field of educating and managing people living with Diabetes & other chronic illness's.

Diabetes Headquarters (HQ), was created as a online store with my husband Victor, both of us wanting to help those who live with diabetes access high quality Diabetes Accessories such as the Diabete-ezyproducts that are not readily accessed or available in store at your local pharmacies or bag shops.

Vic and I work well together, he has been working in Health and Aged Care IT for over 20 years and I am a RN Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE). Over the last 18 plus years  I have worked in several major hospitals, worked with organisations such as JDRF Australia and owned and operated my own successful private practice.

More recently Vic has been managing and procuring medical accessories / devices for the clinical trials across Australia, and medical equipment such as vaccine fridges as a part of the COVID 19 response.

I love my job and get great satisfaction for caring and educating people with diabetes, Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (also known as GDM). Developing and growing this business along side my family is extremely rewarding because now they know why I have stayed working in diabetes care for so many years.
