Australian Wide Regular Shipping - (Signature Required)

Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas.

All deliveries are via the Australia Post - Registered Postal Service or Fastway Courier Service.

If you are not present to accept your delivery for Australia Post, a Australia Post Delivery Card / Notice will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected and must be signed for.

If you are not present to accept your delivery Fastway Courier’s, a Fastway Delivery Card / Notice will be left with the driver’s mobile phone number to organize a new delivery time.

New Zealand Regular Shipping - (Signature Required)

Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 7-10 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas.

All deliveries are via the New Zealand Post - Registered Postal Service or DHL Courier Service

If you are not present to accept your delivery, a New Zealand Post Delivery Card / Notice          or DHL Courier Service Notice / Delivery Card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected and must be signed for.

New Zealand - Customs / Duty Charges

Imports over NZD$175.00 will generally incur customs and import taxes in New Zealand. This also includes separate orders arriving into NZ customs the same day. Diabetes HQ has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Diabetes HQ will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Diabetes HQ will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

If you are not present to accept your delivery, your country of residence Postal Service will leave a - Post Delivery Card / Notice or DHL Courier Service Notice / Delivery Card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected and must be signed for.

World Wide Shipping - Customs / Duty Charges 

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Diabetes HQ have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Diabetes HQ cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Diabetes HQ will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
