The FRIO bag kept Pip's medication at the right temperature during her move by using evaporative cooling technology.

To activate it, the inner pouch is soaked in water for 5-10 minutes, allowing special crystals inside to absorb water and expand into a gel.

This gel stays cool through evaporation, maintaining a safe temperature range of 18-26°C (64.4-78.8°F) for at least 45 hours, even in environmental temperatures as high as 37.8°C (100°F).

The FRIO bag does not require ice or refrigeration and can be reactivated by soaking again, providing continuous cooling for medication during travel or relocation
