There are many pharmaceutical prescription medications on the market these days that are temperature sensitive can lose their effectiveness if stored outside its optimal temperature. This device is compact, easy to use, travel friendly and best of all ensures your trip remains stress free. Our smart sensor can be placed alongside your medications and can continuously monitor its temperature. If your medication temperature changes, an alert will be sent straight to your smart device to let you know if it is too cold or too hot. Simply, this device ensures you can travel with your insulin and temperature sensitive medication stress free.

The Glucomedi app allows you to input the temperature range in which your medications need to be stored. If this range is exceeded an alert will be sent directly to your phone. This app is available on Iphone and Android.

How to Use the Glucomedi

Remove the battery insulation sheet from the sensor
Download the “GlucoMedi Sensor” app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play
Place the sensor close to your phone to connect. Tap the “+” in the top right corner to link your sensor with the app using Bluetooth
In settings, customise the temperature based on your needs (and manufacturer-recommended storage instructions), the device will then notify you when the temperature is reaching this maximum temperature
CustomiSe the background and settings of your device
To view charts and temperature history, tap the data area
To remove your device from the app, go into settings and select the ‘delete’ button
